A suspended coffee is a pre-paid coffee (or hot-chocolate / muffin). When you purchase a suspended coffee, it is then held for someone that needs it for whatever reason.
When you order a coffee, ask your barista to also hold one as “suspended.”
To claim a suspended coffee, just ask. There will be no questions asked.
Anyone is entitled to a suspended coffee.
There is no limit to the number of coffees you can suspend at any given time.
