Baba Simba is the name given to Patrick Irwin by the children he serves in Arusha, Tanzania. It is the Swahili equivalent of “Mr. Lion,” symbolizing the strong bond that has formed between them. In January 2023, Pat relocated to Tanzania from the United States to fully dedicate himself to these children and the impactful work of Selfless Solutions, the NGO he founded during his first visit in 2019.
